Connect Learning Centres continue to lead the way as the number one provider of learndirect on-line learning in Merseyside. At the half way stage of the contract with UfI we have not only met all our targets but significantly exceeded UFI expectations. In fact, Connect Learning Centres have swept the board in the league tables developed by UfI to monitor performance, achieving all of the top 7 places for learndirect delivery in Merseyside. Peter Labone, Connect Learning Centre Manager says ‘This is a great achievement on the part of our staff and our learners and we intend to maintain our position as the leading learndirect provider on Merseyside by offering a wider portfolio of courses to our clients’. We now have 7 high volume learndirect centres and 9 outreach centres across Merseyside which all offer over 500 learndirect courses covering a range of topics and skill levels. More and more people are using Connect Learning Centres and achieving great things, whether it’s learning a new skill, gaining a qualification or getting ahead at work. Our business portfolio continues to develop with new markets being developed in ESOL and NVQs.
