Connect Internet Solutions has won a
prestigious contract with the Department for Transport (opens new
window). The Department were looking for a web-enabled document
management system for the dissemination of data related to high
value procurement projects. All project-related information such as
plans, documentation, specifications etc will be made available to
selected suppliers through a DMS-based extranet.
Connect’s winning solution is PeoplePoint (opens new
window) document management system – one of the modules in our
successful PeoplePoint online business management suite of
tools.
The PeoplePoint DMS is intended to support the re-franchising of
the specific rail franchises.
