Connect Learning Centres have landed five nominations for the
semi finals of the Learndirect
Achievement Awards 2010 (opens new window).
Debra Lyons, tutor at South Liverpool Personnel CLC has been
nominated for the second year running and her learner, Nawzad
Mohamed has beaten competing nominees to be selected too.
Ellesmere Port CLC learners Carol Dobbins and Catherine Thompson
have also been picked for the play-offs, as have Bebington CLC's
star learner Lisa Preston.
The regional finals take place in Bolton on 22nd June 2010, and
