Connect and Weightmans have worked closely together this year to
re-evaluate Weightmans website, originally
designed in 2007. Initially, Weightmans undertook a website
performance review, based on a website usage report supplied by
Connect. Following this, Connect facilitated a Website Objectives
Workshop for the firm, involving website stakeholders to review the
website’s purpose, align it with current corporate objectives and
identify its future direction.
Following on from this work, Weightmans has commissioned Connect
to enhance the website by updating the design and navigation layout
to make better use of screen real estate, and to prioritise
navigation to better suit web user behaviour. In addition, the
website will make increased use of imagery to reflect the firm’s
core assets – its people. Features such as email alerts and RSS
feeds will also be introduced to allow greater interactivity with
web users.
