Whilst data errors, software corruption and
hardware failure are covered through our data loss prevention
processes, we understand that some customers need to mitigate the
effect of more serious disruption. To account for such an
eventuality, Connect offers a disaster recovery hosting option
whereby customers can opt for us to host a fail-over server at one
of our off-site locations in the event of serious disruption to
their service at our data centre. We are also equally at home
working with third party hosting providers should you wish your
fail-over server to be hosted elsewhere for further security.
