Our customer training services include both standard and bespoke courses – we can customise the learning experience to reflect your new web site or your trainees own needs. We have our own fully-equipped training rooms or we can train on-site if you prefer.

In addition to training in support of your new web site, we recognise that you may have a need to develop the skills of your staff and stakeholders in a more general way, particularly in the area of IT. So, we offer a range of instructor-led courses in web technologies, web strategy, and Microsoft Certified Professional certifications, and distance-learning courses that provide skills development in areas such as Microsoft Office suite, ITQ (NVQ for IT Users), NVQ in Customer Care and other nationally recognised qualifications.
