offices. Being able to offer a fully in-house hosting service was

We’re proud to be accredited under the
ISO
27001 information security standard. Through this accreditation
you have the peace of mind that comes from knowing your dedicated
hosting solution, designed to suit your own bespoke requirements,
is robust and secure. We’re highly resilient too. Our hosting
centre is supplied with Internet connectivity from two separately
routed heads to ensure redundancy. The result is uptime of 99.9%
(even for those customers who don’t ask for that much!)

Our public sector customers are also able to
speed up their procurement process through purchasing through
Buying Solutions, the national procurement partner for UK
public services, for which we’re delighted to say we’re an
accredited supplier of Web Hosting.
We offer fully managed hosting services,
seamless transfer without down-time wherever possible, a service
level agreement that is tailored to your needs and a hosting
Helpdesk for easy access to ongoing support, as well as your own
personal account manager.
We don’t just offer dedicated hosting
solutions. We also offer highly cost-effective options for shared
hosting, complete with an easy-to-use control panel for you to
monitor performance and customise settings, again, always supported
by our Helpdesk. Unusually, we’re happy for you to phone our
Helpdesk with your queries (we don’t insist only on email) – we
find the personal touch is much appreciated by our clients.
