As part of Adra’s growth ambitions, the organisation sought a website that serves as a primary channel for information, as well as a vital channel of communication with stakeholders and partners.

Using WordPress’ intuitive back end interface, teams can quickly and easily add properties to let, shine a spotlight on upcoming developments, publish news and events, alert tenants to scheduled maintenance plans and distribute newsletters.

As the site is targeted at tenants of varying ages, it was critical that its design and user interface is logical and intuitive.

The site’s information architecture makes use of branded motifs to signpost key areas, helping users to quickly find the information they require.

The design is supported by new brand assets and guidelines, with compliance to WCAG 2.1 Level AA a key project requirement.

The site makes use of our own responsive design framework, ensuring a consistently enjoyable experience on every device.

Looking ahead, the site will play a pivotal role in encouraging tenants to self-serve, increase the amount of information available and allow teams to focus on key service areas.

The use of dynamic forms, which teams create using a drag-and-drop form builder, allow users to report problems, apply for vacancies and provide useful feedback on the site’s contents.

Overall, the new website will play a key role in encouraging engagement, allowing users to source information and resolve enquiries, whilst enabling Adra to promote its adventurous new brand.
