In May 2022, we introduced a monthly maintenance window for our hosting customers.
The maintenance window enables us to schedule and deliver general updates, upgrades and improvements to our hosting infrastructure. These changes will improve the resilience and performance of our hosting operations and further enhance security for all our customers.
The maintenance window takes place between 16:00-18:00 on the third Tuesday of every month.
